The Launch of the Coin-spiracy in 2002
The Invest in a Kinder World Coin-spiracy was launched on a pilot basis in 2002 with schools in 23 communities across British Columbia, Canada. Kindness however rippled out to 14 countries in just one year.

The Coin-spiracy was first revealed at the 2002 Canada Day Parade with the launch of the Invest in a Kinder World Float and then officially unveiled at September 11th school assemblies.

Schools joined communities around the world in celebrating World Kindness Day on November 13, 2002 by launching the Coin-spiracy.

See kindness in action as schools are caught in the act of making this a kinder world.

Coin-spiracy 2003/2004
In response to expanding international interest in the program, a second Coin-spiracy was launched on World Kindness Day, November 13, 2003 with 80 schools in 12 countries. Kindness rippled out further and touched lives in over 45 countries.

Coin-spiracy 2006 - 2009
To date, over 250 UNI Coins have been launched resulting in countless acts of kindness including 426, 295 hours invested in service and $275, 591 raised for communities in need, locally and in over 45 countries.
