Why Share Your Story
Sharing your kind acts story is an integral component of the Coin-spiracy. Your story helps demonstrate and affirm that kind action, through its rippling effect, can create positive global change. In order to track the rippling effect of kindness, we need to know where the coin is and what kind acts it has inspired.
What if we just committed a small act of kindness?

All too often people wonder how as individuals we can even begin to make a difference in this world. It can seem so overwhelming at times. The beauty and power of kindness is that even the simplest act of kindness has a profound impact. Anyone, anywhere, at any time can commit a kind act and touch someone's lives. In sharing your kind acts story, you are affirming that all acts have impact and inspiring others to take action.

How to Record Your Story
Once you have passed on the coin, record the details of your kind acts in the Coin Adventure Journal corresponding to the UNI code on the coin.
To access this page, please enter the three-digit code into the search below or in the left-hand margin of this web site.
The name of the school/youth group that launched the UNI Coin will appear on a new page. Click onto the name to be linked to the Coin Adventure Journal corresponding to the coin's UNI code.
Once you have submitted a journal entry, your story will automatically appear in the Coin Adventure Journal.
Note: If you have passed on the coin prior to fully completing all three kind acts (for example, you performed the kind act to another but are still working on the kind act to oneself), please fill in the journal form with the details as known to date. To update your journal entry, please email the new details to info@investinakinderworld.com.
Join the Story Celebration
While kindness stories will be highlighted throughout the Coin-spiracy, a more official story celebration, reserved for schools and youth groups launching the UNI Coins, will be held in the first week of June 2008.
To qualify, the Coin-spiracy Team must receive your submission (be it a journal entry, story or information) by May 31, 2008.
Categories include stories that demonstrate:
- the ripple effect of kindness. Your coin may have changes hands often, traveled great distances or inspired a chain reaction of kindness.
- going the extra mile in tracking the coin's travels
- creating a splash - be it in launching the Coin-spiracy, performing a kind act, spreading the word or involving the community
- engagement in kindness outreach and education.
Your coin's adventure journal entries will automatically be entered in the Story Celebration; however, we encourage you to send us any story details, pictures, video clips or documentation that would enhance your coin's kindness story.
Winning entries will receive a beautiful Coin-spiracy banner and $100 to use toward a kind act, be it self, the environment or another.
More than one story may be chosen per category. Depending on submissions received, not all categories will have winners. A maximum number of 5 prizes will be awarded per Story Celebration.
Note: While participation in the Story Celebration is reserved for schools and youth groups launching the coin, Coinholders who have received the UNI through a pass are encouraged to support the school/youth group that launched the coin by sending the school/youth group any story details, pictures or documentation that would enhance the kindness story. This is a great kind act!
